Sustainability Development Intern

Joining the Sustainable Development team as Trainee, you will support the execution and coordination of projects and tasks related to our business areas. More specifically, you will be supporting the testing of a new internal sustainability management system, based on sustainable tourism industry criteria. This management system will cover all of the sustainability working areas: Child Protection, Human Rights, Carbon Management, Products and excursions, Animal Welfare, Colleague Engagement and Charity. As well as also cover processes from other functions and destination teams.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting the review of a new internal sustainability management system, based on sustainable tourism industry criteria. Meaning you will apply your theoretical knowledge and specifications of the standards to our real life situation in TUI DX
- Coordinating with different central teams in TUI DX to understand and document their processes where they interlink with our sustainability management system
- Researching the best methods and possibilities to report the information in a comprehensive manner, as well as look for innovative tools to compile and store the data
- Coordinating with destination teams to trial the tool and system created
- Support the implementation of required changes and feedback received based on the trial
