Support and co-operate with the different departments in managing our Environmental Management System and updating, monitoring and keeping adequate records of our procedures and manuals in preparation for annual internal/external audits.
Monitor KPI’s performance of the Environmental Management system (ISO 14001)
Monitor KPI´s performance of the Certificated Travelife Offices
Annual Carbon management data reporting process for the Group
Assist to coordinate Intercruises’ projects and initiatives related to sustainable development (Sustainable Shorex Certification, Tourism Cares, CSR activities coordination (Volunteering and donations), etc.
Assist to develop and implement environmental initiatives to continually improve the impact of the organization and the operations on the environment.
Monitor the completion of the Sustainability trainings via Mindflash.
Support and manage departmental activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales
Written communications with internal and external stakeholders concerning Sustainable Development strategy working together with Marketing & Communications Team.
