Outbound Operations Intern - Becario de Logistica

Position Summary:

To plan and co-ordinate outbound of all shipments from the 3PL facility with different transport companies, monitor the exceptions, returns and defectives products/policies and to monitor all warehousing activity

Essential functions of this Role:
• Effectively Supervise basic 3PL warehouse activity with 3PL coordinator and Customer Service team.
• Monitor different shipments from 3PL warehouse depending on type of shipment (parcel, LTL, FCL or POP) with different transport companies.
• Returns and defective procedures.
• Back up Operations Manager

General duties:

• Monitor the release process with customer service and 3PL implant.
• Follow up outside of system activities with 3PL implant: On Hold, special projects
• Monitor the shipments in the different tracking tools of the transport companies and set KPIs in order to ensure the contracted lead times
• Monitor in a proactive way the exceptions.
• Follow the defectives procedures and chase vendors with inbound team in order to get the credit notes.
• Support marketing department in the SIS/POP/Events/Athletes shipments.
• Control Returns back to stock with Customer Service and 3PL Returns department.
• Support to Operations Manager in invoice control, bench marketing and POP up events
• Back up Operations Manager in outbound activities.
