Traffic Assistant (Convenio Educativo)

Purpose of the Role
To provide day to day administrative support to the Traffic Department
Roles and responsibilities
- Control outbound issues
- Manage the returns to the warehouse, collection requests, defectives…
- Follow import shipments with our vendors to meet the ex-factory date
- Prepare the files with the required documentation
- Check the documentation provided by the vendor and prepare ASN for the warehouse
- Update our Excel sheet with information regarding the shipments
- Control and coordinate receiving of the goods with the warehouse and check discrepancies
- Enter the invoices in SAP (vendor, forwarders)
- Help to samples management tasks
