Providing both our industry partners and the end consumer a consolidated range of in-depth products worldwide, the Transfer & Activity Bank offers +16,000 transfer routes and over 8,000 destination activities worldwide including theatre, sport and theme park tickets, excursions and car rental products with immediate confirmation 365 days a year. Utilising advanced technology platforms including XML API, white-label and online widget solutions these products are distributed via the Bedbank brands as well as through the Transfer and Activity Banks industry partners and own specialist brands including: Hotelextras, Isango, Guidego and Let´s shuttle.This position sits within our TAB unit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To Support the Customer Service Team during the high season.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To Assist with the following:

• Multilingual complaint administration and complaint prevention (proactive work – replacement of reservations in case of no availability, running simple scripts…etc).

• Communicate with customers, partners and external / internal departments via email and partly by phone.

• Support 1st Level Team (Call-Centre) for customers´ escalations and complex enquiries.

• Support by ensuring high-quality e-mail services in key languages.

• Processing of bugs and forwarding to the 3rd level (Operations)

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Student (higher education)

• Fluent in English and Spanish

• other language skills are a benefit

• Interest in tourism or travel industry

• Commercial understanding

• Affinity to online trading and interest in use of software applications

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Absolute team player with drive to work independently

• Efficient, committed and reliable
