Description
For this offer, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive and resolutive profile, who becomes a very important point of contact with our customers, either by being their first point of contact for any incident that may arise after their arrival, or managing that these incidents be solved in the most efficient way so that the customer is as satisfied as possible.

The service team is a group of customer-focused individuals able to make quick decisions. One minute they’ll be organising arrivals and promoting our additional services, handling queries and solving problems to make sure every guest has a brilliant experience.

Skills Needed
We need a special individual:
-Who has attention to detail,
-Who is sociable and polite,
-Who is able to understand the needs and motivations of our customers,
-Who is confident on the phone with great communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with our clients, both in English and Spanish,
-Who is able to make decisions quickly and understand the impact your actions will have on the rest of the business,
-And who is comfortable working under pressure and adaptable to last-minute changes of plan.
