Growth Specialist Intern (Mkt)

About the role
We are looking for a Growth Specialist Intern to join our team and support key growth initiatives across marketing, product, and operations.
This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with different teams to help drive user acquisition, activation, and retention in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities
Support the execution of growth initiatives across different channels (Paid Media, SEO, CRM, partnerships)
Assist in analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities
Help run A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates
Support initiative setup, tracking, and optimization
Monitor key KPIs across the funnel (traffic, conversion, retention)
Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams on growth projects
Conduct market and competitor research
Help prepare reports and share insights with the team
Build and optimize automation workflows across CRM, marketing, and growth initiatives
