We are currently looking for a dynamic and bilingual speaker of both Spanish & English to join a our operations team as operations generalist.

Some of the tasks you’ll have the opportunity to perform are:
Perform pre-arrival and post-departure home inspections to make sure our standards and the guests’ expectations are met.
Meet and greet guests upon arrival
Receive and resolve guests’ requests during their stay
Be the first point of contact to our guests during their stays
Diffuse situations where something has gone awry, and reassure the guests (and your manager) that you've got the solution handled.
Monitor daily maintenance works (paint touch-ups, replacing light bulbs and batteries, troubleshooting appliance issues, etc.)
Schedule housekeeping activities
Assist with Inventory management (consumables, supplies)
Communicate and arrange amenities to welcome our guests (fruit baskets, champagne, gifts, etc.)

Requisitos:
Fluent in Spanish & English, with excellent communications skills
A desire to learn how a successful business work and gain exposure to all operational areas in the business
You know what great customer service means
You genuinely want to help our customers, able to think on your feet and make sound decisions even under pressure
You are not afraid to roll-up your sleeves and multi-task, you are flexible and willing to assist other teams when needed
You are representing home select to our customers at all times
We are a hospitality business operating 7 days/week, and this role requires you to work some weekends
