ONEtoONE is an International middle market M&A advisory firm. We focus on improving the techniques by which our clients achieve the best possible price for their businesses. We also help out clients to find a point of entry into new markets through creative acquisitions, strengthening their positions in their existing sector, and carry out strategic planning and valuation of their businesses.
The Origination department role is to identify market opportunities and leads. We serve as the lead generation arm of the firm Dealmakers. ONEtoONE has designed an Origination tech tool and process to generate leads and identify targets for buy side opportunities. As part of the Origination processes, the department works towards identifying lead generation opportunities and scenarios globally, specially where we have offices. We also analyse trends based on sector and market reports.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Origination Director in identifying lead generation opportunities
Create market and sector reports following the ONEtoONE process
Identify ideal and potential sell-side buyers
Work with deal sourcing market and transactional tools such s Pitchbook, MergerMarket and our proprietary tools
In charge of creating pitch decks to potential sellers.
Identify, and create target lists, along with the companies ‘ decision maker contact.

Requisitos:
Qualifications & Technical Skills:
Top academic performer who is willing to work hard in a formal, unstructured environment
Educational background may vary, but Business Administration or Economics is preferred.
Must have corporate finance knowledge
High level English is a must (C2 or Native), other languages are a plus.
High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Must be able to create high quality presentations in Excel or Word
