JOB DESCRIPTION:

The approval process in Hotelbeds is one the most important processes to ensure compliance. In Risk Management we are responsible for the Approval matrix and the approval process which includes the management of the Hotelbeds Group Investment Committee.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Support the head of Risk Management in undertaking the day to day tasks related to the Approval procesS
- Organize the agenda for the Investment Committee
- Review the business cases before are included in the agenda
- Ensure all central functions have signed off all the business cases
- Set up the Investment Committee communications
- Ensure minutes are completed
- Ensure all potential cases are presented to the proper approval channels
- Support in the design of the approval process tool JIRA based
