JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a newly created role to support the Sector’s increasing focus on cash management. Reporting to the Cash Flow Manager, Hotelbeds Group Sector. The individual will be responsible for supporting the Sector cash flow (reporting and forecasting).
To succeed in this role you will need to be interested in Finance, Accounting and Cash Flow.
Main Responsibilities:
Partnering with the Sector Finance Team and the Divisions, the role will assist in the processes of budgeting, forecasting and delivery of Cash and Working capital.
Support Cash Flow Reporting
Preparing DSO/ DPO Reports
Preparing closing analysis reports
Supporting forecast analysis and reporting
Assisting the Cash Flow Manager in the Cash Flow Budgeting and Forecasting processes such as:
Preparation of different scenarios
Monitor and control weekly cash balances, tracking differences (Actual vs Forecast) on a weekly basis
Assisting in the evaluation of cash performance:
Understanding variances to budget, forecast, and prior years, (month, year to date and future months)
Preparing monthly information for Sector Board
