Communication Internship at Hotelbeds Group

n opportunity for a student at an early stage in their career to support the Communications team at Hotelbeds Group, a global bed bank and business-to-business provider of services to the travel industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

The successful candidate will support all aspects of communications across the organisation, including media, corporate affairs eventually taking responsibility for a range of activities. Hands-on training, monitoring and feedback from the Communications team will be provided throughout the placement and an evaluation review conducted at completion.

• To support the team in all aspects of media work, including but not limited to:
• Support the team in production and distribution of clipping (Hotelbeds Group brands, key competitors and key industry issues).
• Maintaining the global communications calendar and its distribution
• Updating the relevant press materials
• Assisting in management of websites and social media
• Researching coverage opportunities
