Technology Support Internship in Palma de Mallorca

Main tasks:

- Some of the technology you will have the opportunity to gain experience with Windows 7 & Windows 10, Dell PCs / Dell Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones, Window Server, Active Directory, SCCM, VMware and DNS / DHCP / Print.

- Deliver excellent application and customer service levels to ensure a high degree of customer assistance.

- This role is highly customer focused, and the key deliverable is to ensure that clients are receiving regular communications and that issues are processed correctly in accordance to customer Service Level Agreements.

Requisitos:

The successful candidate will have:

- A genuine interest in Information Technology (maybe you have studied computers at school and/or can demonstrate a commitment/hobby in this area)
- A hands on approach (you love to fix things!)
- An analytical, troubleshooting mindset
- A passion for customer service and be a team player
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

Studies area:

- 2 or 4-year Technical Trade school or engineering degree is beneficial

Language skills:

- Fluent to speak and write in English & Spanish, any other is a plus

Soft / Personal skills:

- A keen attention to detail.
- Calm and efficient under pressure.
- Candidates will need to display very good interpersonal skills, a good telephone manner and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to respond to enquiries promptly, accurately and efficiently.
- Responsible mindset.
- Can-do attitude.
- Strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Other valuable experience/skills:

- Knowledge of personal computers
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MS Office products is essential.
- A general knowledge in PC hardware and peripherals is required.
- Ability to diagnose faults and good problem solving skills
