Practicas Release and Quality Assurance, Tui Destination Experiences

Joining the TUI DX Service Transition team for an internship, you will be helping on the testing strategy, definition of test cases, release, deployment and change activities and definition of the automated technology stack.

The Technology Domain team is ultimately responsible for the delivery of both front and back end tools and features that would enable growth via digital sales channels targeting all actual and potential TUI customers travelling around the world. Additionally, and derived from the very nature of the process, the team is in charge of the definition of new features, new channels and monitoring, improving, and managing any related issues arisen from the sales process and IT applications that take part on the activities.

What you will be doing:
- Release and deployment management activities for all projects and products
- Change management activities and delivering the proper communication
- QA testing for all projects and products. Definition of test cases
- Provisioning of automated infrastructure on AWS
- Contribute to team decisions on technical challenges
- Issue troubleshooting and overall resolution
