Length: 6 months
Time: 35 hours/week

In this role, you will support hospitals which works with data-driven Philips solution, IntelliSpace, that centralizes and organizes intensive care unit patient data, including vital signs, labs, and consult notes, enhancing the quality of patient care.
You are responsible for
· Configuring, testing, maintaining and support software solutions on the client's side
· Identifying problems that the users of the solutions (hospitals) might have and trouble-shooting problems in a constant contact with our Global Support Team
· Being a consultant to healthcare professionals who encounter problems or doubts about the software
· Connecting and verifying the connection of all necessary medical devices to our solution
· Working with the solution's databases and automatic messages system

Requisitos:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
· Studying towards Bachelor or Master in IT/Software Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Systems with high interest in hospital and healthcare software. You need to be enrolled in university (we require to have "convenio universidad-empresa")
· Knowledge and management of various databases, skills in data exploitation. Knowledge of SQL.
· Knowledge of HL7 standard, Rhapsody integration engine would be a plus
· Excellent communication skills, attention to results with high levels of customer satisfaction; proactive and motivated to develop his career in this area.
· Fluent Spanish and at least intermediate level of English
· Ability to travel within Galicia (Santiago, La Coruna, Vigo) - driving license.
