Hr Generalist - Trainee en Sevilla

Tasks and responsabilities

- Providing general support to the HR Manager
- Initiating the creation of training plans by gathering of training needs from operational managers and the HR Manager
- Researching external training suppliers (e.g. costs and subsidies) and supporting the organization of internal and external trainings
- Supporting and advising employees in training-related matters
- Supporting the hiring manager in the definition of requirements for new employees
- Creating and publishing job offers
- Actively sourcing candidates
- Pre-selecting applicants and coordinating interviews
- Conducting phone screenings, face-to-face interviews and other means of selection
