Your main focus as a Customer Advisor Intern is to support our On-Demand customer segment (small to medium size accounts), provide excellent customer service and nurture their potential. You will learn how to build relationships with existing customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing the On-Demand business: answering leads and requests, sending quotes, being the main point of contact for all projects from start to delivery.
- Strengthen the bond with existing customers within the portfolio and grow the business they give us
- Provide excellent customer service

Requisitos:

We are looking for someone, who:
- Is fluent in English – both verbally and written, German is a plus
- Is an experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Has a strong willingness to work in a dynamic, innovative and international environment
- Has a student status
- Availability for at least 4 months

The position requires a flexible individual, who thrives in a fast-paced company. You must be motivated and able to work towards both individual and collective targets. As a person, you are a relationship builder by nature, and you have a structured approach to your tasks.
