We're looking for an ambitious, proactive intern or working student to manage and grow our team of ambassadors in Barcelona. Your main responsibility will be to independently run and further develop our local Student Ambassador Programme.

As a part of the Uniplaces Ambassador Programme, the ambassadors reach out to students on campus who are coming to their city or going abroad. You will be acting as a link between Uniplaces and the Barcelona ambassadors to achieve one mission: spreading the Uniplaces word by representing our brand online and offline. Requisitos:

RESPONSABILITIES:

- Lead and manage the ambassador teams in their daily tasks on and off campus
- Recruit and train new ambassadors to join the programme in the different teams
- Set up regular meetings with your ambassadors team for strategic meetings, trainings, team buildings and other events
- Develop, plan and execute the marketing strategy in Barcelona along with the team
- Organise parties, conferences and other student/landlord events
- Lead the operations team to achieve their targets
- Work closely together with the management team of Spanish market in business development, strategic partnerships and supply acquisition
- Collaborate to raise brand awareness offline and online
- Report all activities to Uniplaces through regular updates and provide feedback to enable tracking of performance.

REQUIREMENTS
- Start date 6th November, availability during the mornings (10:00 - 14:00) and extra required availability for events or needs of the moment
- Entrepreneurial attitude and approachable, adaptable, proactive and ambitious personality
- Natural leader, passionate about community building
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Able to work autonomously and in a well-organised manner within time constraints
- Results-oriented: your performance will be assessed and compensated based on achieved results
- A fit with the unique Uniplaces culture: you are down to earth, pragmatic, diplomatic, creative, energetic, smart, collaborative, transparent,motivated, entrepreneurial, commercial and flexible.
