RESPONSABILITIES:

- Lead and manage the ambassador teams in their daily tasks on and off campus
- Recruit and train new ambassadors to join the programme in the different teams
- Set up regular meetings with your ambassadors team for strategic meetings, trainings, team buildings and other events
- Develop, plan and execute the marketing strategy in Barcelona along with the team
- Organise parties, conferences and other student/landlord events
- Lead the operations team to achieve their targets
- Work closely together with the management team of Spanish market in business development, strategic partnerships and supply acquisition
- Collaborate to raise brand awareness offline and online
- Report all activities to Uniplaces through regular updates and provide feedback to enable tracking of performance.

REQUIREMENTS
- Start date 6th November, availability during the mornings (10:00 - 14:00) and extra required availability for events or needs of the moment
- Entrepreneurial attitude and approachable, adaptable, proactive and ambitious personality
- Natural leader, passionate about community building
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Able to work autonomously and in a well-organised manner within time constraints
- Results-oriented: your performance will be assessed and compensated based on achieved results
