Talent Acquisition Intern - Hotelbeds

By joining the Global Talent Acquisition team you will have an opportunity to get an insight into the Human Recources area within a multinational and corporate environment. You will aslo experience being part of leading global travel organization and fast paced environment.

- Managing end to end recruitment for internship roles for the whole Head Office of the Hotelbeds Group, using variously sourced candidates
- Building strong relationships with line managers and HR Advisors to ensure the effective delivery of the recruitment service
- Provide quality candidates by conducting interviews and managing the communication with Business Schools/Universities
- Supporting the hiring managers and HR Department in any questions/requests regarding the Internship processes in the company
- Participating in the continuous improvement by providing support and recommendations to the recruitment practices
- Act as Brand Ambassador and displaying the company’s culture and values
- Keeping the general reporting tools up to date at all times
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team in any day to day requests
