Germany Marketing Assistant Intern

We are looking for someone who wants to start a professional career in marketing as internship. He/She will support us with our expansion to the German Market. This person will learn by doing and applying the marketing tactics that the team defines in Germany, this involve: writing copy for Ads and Landing pages, translating campaigns, participating in brainstorms and conducting user research with German customers to understand their needs and requests.
This is someone who will join an 8 people Marketing team and learn the secrets of Marketing (both online and offline) from very talented, passionate and hardworking colleagues.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the marketing tactics for the German Market
· Analyse data and identify marketing opportunities in Germany
· Translate, write and adapt copy to German
· Launch campaigns in Germany, measure and track performance
· Suggest campaigns, newsletters and promotions for Germany
· Be the voice of BYHOURS in Germany
· Represent BYHOURS in front of German customers via email, chat or phone
· Track competitors performance in Germany
· Drive research in Germany in form of interviews, polls, surveys, forms and any qualitative technique possible
