Internship ! Sales Agent Intern

Your DAILY responsibilities here at Casamona:

Get information about t
he clients/owners and their preferences. Make sure all the information has been updated on our database (Sooprema).
Organise visits in coordination with your sales agent and coordinate with the marketing department if a photo visit is necessary.
Flat Finding for our database and for specific clients. We are aiming for at least 2 per week per sales assistant.
You need to acquire a high level of knowledge about our sales contract and the sales process, with the help of your sales agent.
Help the sales agents with projects and specific clients.
Help update our flats online ( in our database) and update prices.

Commission:
You will receive commission when ‘your sales mentor’ is selling.
Also, commission is received when you flat find and when you land a deal.
