1. Rental Agent - and 20-30% of your internship gaining experience in marketing (if you would like to..)

We are looking for capable Rental Agents to present and lease properties to prospective clients.

You will work as an intermediary between apartment owners and clients in order to rent properties in Barcelona.

You will start as an assistant and when the rental coordinator thinks you are ready you can become a rental agent.Requirements:

You must be fluent in either spoken and written English and Spanish. Speaking any other languages is a bonus.



What will you learn as a rental agent?

You will learn about the rental process, you will get a sound understanding of the real estate market in Barcelona, you will gain interpersonal skills through talking to owners in Spanish as well as communicating with an international clientele
