Marketing Assistant / Marketing Intern

Your DAILY responsibilities here at Casamona:

You are required to test our portals and website to make sure they work, and update them when needed.
You will be in charge of the social media platforms and replying to any messages we receive through them (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).
You will help upload properties on our website and database. You have to make sure all descriptions and photos are appropriate and attractive.
You will be asked to go on photo visits by rental/sales agents. Video visits are also important to boost properties.
Marketing agents must support other departments with any IT problems and find the necessary solutions.
You will need to create and edit blog and website content.
You will work on graphic design content for advertisement.
You will need to publish and update apartments on Fotocasa, Idealista and other portals.
You need to make sure that the marketing space is always tidy and presentable.



Your WEEKLY responsibilities here at Casamona:

Monitor and improve SEO scores.
Prepare and present the Weekly Presentation: this presentation recaps all activity within Casamona from the week. It gives an overview of internal and external performance across all departments.
Write and edit blogs for the Casamona website. We aim to upload 1-2 new blogs weekly.
You will need to help do rental Flat Finding (FF). We need a minimum of 1 new FF a day. The marketing department is required to find 3-4 a week.
You must attend marketing meetings.
You must coordinate with the marketing team and be aware of your assigned daily tasks.
Always be aware of communications on communal platforms and keep the team updated.
