Project Manager Assistant (Polish Market) Based in Barcelona

Main responsibilities:
• Achievement of monthly objectives.
• Configuration of the Surveys and sweepstakes and on the interfaces.
• Responsible for the relations with the commercials for campaign launch, the follow-through and renewal of contracts.
• Accomplishing the monthly established participation volume
• Diffusing prioritised operations through the emailer web.
• Optimising the collection mechanics and carry out the best practices
• Composition of graphic and technical briefs
• Preparation of marketing support
• Optimization of the profitability of operations
• Theme search and selection
• In case of bad theme performance, analyses of three primary KPIs (open rate, reaction rate, transformation rate) and launch of an action plan
• Daily vigilance of good delivery and daily campaign performance
• Establishment of reportings
• In charge of clientele loyalty- proposing new campaigns to the clients
• Dominating the clear indicators and remuneration for each activity sector
