Welcome Assistant (Italian Person)

We are BYHOURS and we are looking for students who want to carry out their internship in a young and international company!

We work with the main hotel chains, allowing reservations for hours. We like crazy ideas and we love the environment of startups, that's why we are located in the largest entrepreneurship center in the city, on Barceloneta beach!

At BYHOURS we seek to immediately incorporate students, new talents, who want to grow with us and who, under the supervision of the head of the Hotels Department, has as main objective to provide excellent customer service from our portfolio of hotels.

As a Hotel Assistant, your main activities are:

• Provide training and welcome to the new hotels.

• Compare the price parity of BYHOURS with other online travel agencies.

• Work as a team through the different internal departments to complete the active processes in a productive and efficient manner.

• Be a dynamic, active and organized person with a super attitude;).

Abilities:
1. Salesman / born.
2. Someone with great negotiation skills (we'll try it!)
3. Excellent communicator.
4. Fast thinking.
