Customer Database Internship - Omnichannel & Client Department

About your role:

Mission: Take ownership for analyzing vast amounts of data from a variety of sources and for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the customer database.

Key Functions:

• Detect, report and merge the potential duplicates in the client’s database.
• Management of data within the customer database, ensuring data is accurate, normalized and cleansed for reporting and analysis
• Assure proper customer data collection, its accuracy and maintenance across platforms
• Guarantee integrity of data model & data flows in between systems.
• Take ownership of the different analytical tools of the area, including maintenance and evolution.
• Undertake ad hoc analytical needs that supports wider business decision making.
Position interactions (line manager, people management, internal external clients): IT area, CRM team, Omnichannel team, Retail teams, CRM regional managers.
