¿What are we looking for?

For this offer, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive and resolutive profile, who becomes a very important point of contact with our customers, either by being their first point of contact for any incidence that may arise after their arrival, or managing that these incidents
be solved in the most efficient way so that the customer is as satisfied as possible.
The service team is a group of customer-focused individuals able to make quick decisions. One minute they’ll be organizing arrivals and promoting our additional services, handling queries and solving problems to make sure every guest has a brilliant experience.

Important stuff: We’re a 24/7 business, and weekend work is required. The service desk will operate daily from 8:00- 20:00h. We’re a fun and exciting growing team. There are great opportunities for top performers to stay on a longer term.
