Internship Greeter Home Select

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic freelancers to join our Guest Services Team and be responsible for the most important step of a memorable stay.
You will be the face of Home Select and very often the only member of the team to have a face to face interaction with our guests.
We want you to enchant and leave a positive impression at all times and attention to detail is a must. Our agents arrive to the homes before our guests to make sure everything is in perfect order. Upon arrival, our guests are introduced to the home, to the neighborhood and to our service. Our check in agents are patient and available to answer all questions, making sure our guests are comfortable before leaving them to enjoy their time in Madrid.
You must be a natural communicator, confident when speaking to our clients. You will be representing Home Select, and know the inside out when it comes to our homes, our unique service offering and the local area.

Qualities and skills

A professional appearance and attitude.
Fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are welcome).
Quick thinking, and the ability to problem-solve when needed.
Ownership and work ethics.
A roll-up your sleeves attitude.
A flexible schedule including weekends and bank holidays.
Previous customer-facing experience in a service environment is preferable
Reliable transportation (public transport or scooter).
