Account Deliverability Assistant Internship

Natexo, a French group established in 2008, is one of Europe's leaders in the email marketing industry.

The company is expanding internationally through 8 subsidiaries (France, Spain, Italy, USA, Colombia, Brazil, UK and soon Poland). 
It operates in the online marketing industry and offers to the E-merchants, innovative solutions to help them gain qualified traffic and generate revenue on their client bases.
It is a fast-growing sector.

The Position and Mission:

The candidate would develop a strong understanding of the email marketing sector. Under the supervision of the Deliverability Manager, and in attendance to the necessities of the company within this sector, the candidate’s responsibilities would be the following:

• To maintain the existing deliverability infrastructure;
• To be the point of contact between the ESPs and Natexo;
• To maintain a positive and long-term reputation of the Natexo databases;
• Develop and resolve problems arising with email sending;
• Follow the inscriptions of “Whitelisting” or similar/alternative systems, requesting de-blockages
• Provide internal guidance so as to maintain authenticity of the email sending strategy, and reduce the mount of queries
• Ensure the opening of new programs
• Produce daily reports on the subject of the level of deliverability in our accounts
• Be the primary contact for the managers of other departments, on the subject of deliverability queries of our emails
