Process
Measure and analyse the effects of the actions proposed to the client for improving the digital presence. Support the Digital Business Consultant in the development of the project of the different clients.
To contribute the maximum value based on their academic training and acquire the knowledge that is expected for your area of expertise, ensuring its evolution within the company.

Fluency
Regularly communicates and builds relationships with other analysts across disciplines, balancing the needs and concerns of the management team with those of other departments. Promotes a healthy understanding of trust in and appreciation for project processes and outcomes across disciplines.

Mentorship
Detecting training needs and doing one minimum annual training (according to the Project Manager). Sharing knowledge acquired with intern Consultancy team and other units at KingEclient. Giving support to the Digital Consultant in team training for trainees. Attending to all training sessions (internal and external).

Management
Analysing and understanding business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements. Working with the clients to analyse business processes and system issues, turning them into actionable system changes that benefit the client and improving efficiency in operations and overall performance.

Analytics
Carrying out data analysis by identifying sources, gap analysis, requirements for migration and integration to existing systems. Produce documentation to reflect business processes, user and data requirements and business benefits.

Project Thinking
Following project through the full project life-cycle working in an agile environment that has to adjust quickly to change and has a focus on incremental delivery of minimal marketable products.
Clients management
Knowing the requirements of each project. Participating in the methodology focus on every project initiation and proposing solutions.
